This is an environmental design that I started last quarter in my character design and story-boarding for animation class, and I finally got around to finishing it yesterday while eating chili and watching, "Space Jam" at my friend Christian's house. I developed a story about a boy scout troop that has their summer camp in Zion National Park in Utah. The rocks in Zion are breathtaking in their beauty, and I'm excited that I was able to finally incorporate them into a project. I'd like to do some color studies of Zion some time, but knowing the leash that SCAD keeps me on, there probably won't be an opportunity for me to work on my own stuff anytime in the near future. Oh well. A man can dream.
